Do you only serve Burners?
We specialize in Burning Man and regional burn logistics, but we also work with adventure travelers, RV owners, and artists across the Globe.
Can you deliver directly to my camp?
Yes. We coordinate approved playa delivery and retrieval in compliance with Burning Man logistics and Placement protocols.
What types of items do you store?
Trailers, tents, bikes, artwork, generators, and other high-value gear, including costumes — all secured in our professional storage facility.
Do you clean items after Burning Man?
Absolutely. We offer professional cleaning, detailing, and repair so your items are fully restored and ready for the next event.
When should I reserve service?
Early is best! We start scheduling playa deliveries and returns 6–8 months before the Burn.
Are my items insured while in your care?
Yes. All stored and transported items are covered under F & Burners, Co.’s comprehensive logistics and storage protection plan, which includes limited liability coverage for loss or damage. For high-value assets, we recommend clients carry supplemental personal insurance, and we can assist with documentation and appraisals to support that coverage. Our goal is complete transparency and peace of mind — your belongings are protected every step of the way.
